Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of AI professionals in developing and implementing AI solutions using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques.
  • Develop and manage the AI product roadmap, aligning it with the organization's overall technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of AI models into products and services.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage the development and implementation of AI models, ensuring they meet business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Hire, train, and mentor AI professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors and research institutions to leverage their expertise and capabilities.
  • Ensure all AI solutions comply with legal, ethical, and security standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Currently working as a Director or Sr. Manager or equivalent, managing a team of at least 5 resources with full managerial responsibilities.
  • Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field with a focus on deploying AI enabled products.
  • 5-7 years of experience in AI development, including expertise in Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing technical teams, with a track record of success leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and version control tools such as Git.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement AI models, meeting business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with business stakeholders on AI features and initiatives.
  • Strong Agile project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and research institutions.
  • Strong ethical and security standards, ensuring all AI solutions comply with legal, ethical, and security standards.
