Job Vacancy: Director-Business Development

Location: Karachi.

NCCI is a reputed tertiary care hospital providing advanced medical and surgical services across multiple super-specialties. We are looking for a qualified MBBS doctor with an MBA with marketing specialization to support strategic growth, referral development, and service line expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for tertiary and super-specialty services

Strengthen referral networks with physicians, hospitals, and clinics

Coordinate with clinical departments to promote high-end procedures and programs

Lead outreach initiatives, CMEs, health programs, and corporate engagement

Analyze service line performance, patient inflow, and market trends

Support branding, positioning, and ethical promotion of hospital services

Liaise with insurance providers, TPAs, and corporate clients

Eligibility Requirements:

MBBS degree from a recognized institution with MBA in Marketing

Experience in tertiary care hospital marketing or healthcare business development preferred

Strong understanding of clinical services and hospital operations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
