Must-Have:

• 15+ years of experience working in business development & partnerships management field
• 10+ years of experience in a managerial role
• Experienced with strategic planning, budgeting, and operations management
• Proficiency in developing reporting frameworks, analysis, and monitoring the progress
• Strong skills in people management, partnership management, and implementing comprehensive procedures

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance field
• CBDP (Certified Business Development Professional) Certificate
