The Role!
The Director, Business Development, is a seasoned sales executive responsible for driving net-new revenue growth across nimble’s ASC, surgical practice, and anesthesia markets. This role owns strategic prospecting, enterprise sales execution, and complex deal negotiation, while collaborating cross-functionally to align marketing, operations, and client success efforts.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are seeking a disciplined, consultative seller who understands healthcare revenue cycle complexity and can confidently engage C-suite administrators, physician-owners, private equity groups, and health system leaders.
The Director will be accountable for pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, revenue performance, and market expansion.

The Director will be accountable for pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, revenue performance, and market expansion. Additionally, the territory covered will be the Northeastern U.S., with the right candidate residing in that geographical region.
