The
Director – Business Excellence
will lead the organization’s transformation journey by driving efficiencies across core and support processes, including design, development, delivery, HR, Finance, and Operations. This role is pivotal in advancing process re-engineering initiatives, managing
policies and procedures
, and ensuring alignment with global excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities

Business Process Framework
: Design and implement policies, procedures, and process maps to streamline operations and eliminate redundancies.

Process Improvement
: Apply Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies to deliver measurable results.

Automation & Efficiency
: Identify automation opportunities to improve service quality and operational performance.

Compliance & Standards
: Align processes with ISO standards and best practices; prepare for certifications.

Excellence Awards
: Develop plans, coordinate submissions, and lead organizational readiness for Excellence Awards.

Stakeholder Engagement
: Collaborate with BU CEOs, functional heads, and internal teams to drive initiatives.

Training & Reporting
: Deliver process management training and maintain dashboards for compliance tracking.
Qualifications

Graduate degree in Business Excellence/Quality/Business Management; MBA preferred

Certifications: Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), ISO Standards, Process Mapping; PMP desirable

Knowledge of Balanced Scorecard and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Experience

8–12 years of experience, with 4–5 years in a managerial role

Proven track record in business process improvement and excellence frameworks
