About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Change Management to lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive Change Management strategy for a high-impact organizational transformation. This role will partner closely with the Strategy & Transformation, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Communications teams to drive the successful rollout of a new corporate strategy and organizational structure.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering regional and local change management initiatives across government, semi-government, and private sector environments. They will be an expert in best-practice change management models, able to combine technical knowledge with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to ensure seamless adoption and measurable success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Change Management Strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization's new strategy and structure.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, mapping, and needs analyses to inform strategy design.
  • Recommend and implement best-practice frameworks, such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter 8 Steps, Burke-Litwin, Kubler-Ross, or McKinsey 7S, customized to the organization's unique needs.
  • Define Change KPIs and establish systems to monitor and measure progress throughout the implementation journey.
Implementation & Execution
  • Lead the delivery of a Change Management plan and sector-specific roadmaps, incorporating timelines, milestones, communication channels, and risk mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Engagement, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging and leadership alignment.
  • Design and deliver engaging change-related events that inspire employees and foster ownership of the transformation journey.
Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building
  • Build a Change Management toolkit for continued use by Strategy & Transformation teams.
  • Provide coaching, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams, embedding a culture of change readiness.
  • Develop pre- and post-change impact assessments to track the effectiveness of initiatives and guide continuous improvement.
  • Comprehensive Change Management Strategy, including assessment of people, processes, information, and technology impacts.
  • Organization-wide and sector-specific Change Management plans and roadmaps, including capability-building strategies.
  • Change Management event program and detailed designs for multi-level engagement.
  • A best-practice toolkit tailored to organizational needs.
  • Leadership scripts and messages to support consistent communication.
  • Pre- and post-change impact assessment tools to measure success and ROI.
  • Workshops and coaching sessions for Strategy and Transformation teams to build internal change capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, or an MBA with a concentration in Change Management.
  • 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in the design and implementation of enterprise-wide change programs.
  • Demonstrated success in regional and local markets, with strong experience in government, semi-government, and private sectors.
  • Expertise in applying change management models such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Burke-Litwin, Kubler-Ross, or McKinsey 7S.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English), with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of cultural dynamics in change adoption within the region.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver measurable, high-impact change initiatives.
