Role Overview:

As a Director, Client Services at REV77, you will serve as a senior strategic partner to our clients and internal teams. This role is responsible for driving client success, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring that every client engagement reflects our commitment to omni-channel marketing excellence.

You will oversee a portfolio of high-value client accounts, lead client stewardship efforts, and guide strategy that extends beyond individual digital marketing products. With an “extreme hospitality” mindset, you will act as both advisor and advocate—ensuring clients feel understood, supported, and consistently confident in the value of our partnership.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary senior contact for client relationships, driving trust and satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of client portfolios, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, optimizations, and reporting.
  • Lead discovery and strategy sessions with clients to align marketing goals with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with internal strategists across SEM, Social, SEO, Content, Programmatic, and Web to deliver cohesive omni-channel campaigns.
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure that all client communications reflect clarity, professionalism, and value.
  • Prepare and present in-depth reporting and insights to demonstrate ROI, campaign performance, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Uphold REV77’s culture of continuous learning, modeling subject matter expertise and sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies that impact client strategy.

Desired Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in client services, account management, or marketing strategy (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading senior-level client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing disciplines: PPC, SEO, Social Advertising, Programmatic Display, Website Development, Content Marketing, Email, and Brand Strategy.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A “client-first” mindset, reflecting extreme hospitality and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to consult on marketing strategies that impact revenue growth.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred) and marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Leadership qualities—capable of mentoring team members and elevating the agency’s client service culture.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
