PeaceHealth is seeking a Director, Clinical Pharmacy in Vancouver, Washington……
This position is about 90% remote - but will be required to be onsite as requested.
** Must reside in Washington, Oregon, or Alaska.***
This position is responsible for system formulary management and the development of associated long and short-term business strategies to maximize positive clinical outcomes with optimal cost management. This position reports to the Senior Vice President – Chief Pharmacy Officer. In collaboration with local Pharmacy Directors, Chief Medical Officers, and Clinical Managers of Pharmacy systemwide, the Dir Clinical Pharmacy is responsible for: establishing a schedule of formulary review and overseeing the system Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee process, standardizing methods of clinical pharmaceutical care and clinical documentation; overseeing clinical pharmacy informaticists, establishing and shepherding system clinical subject matter expert pharmacist groups, assuring clinical pharmacist practice competency; demonstrating ongoing success and leading of various clinical, cost savings and patient safety initiatives from the system level. The Dir Clinical Pharmacy must ensure that quality and performance improvement activities meet their target conditions in all areas.

The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $206,273 - $309,400 annually. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
