Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in commercial leadership, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, or real estate industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing commercial strategies that yield significant revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market dynamics.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
