What You'll Do For Us

Execute and integrate Agile practices across (internal and external) communications projects, spearheading the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability (PACS) teams.

Lead the development, creation, and implementation of project-based internal and external communications across the regions ensuring plans are fully synchronized with our OU( Operating Unit) strategies and global narrative.

Liaison with global communications teams, marketing teams, bottling partners and other functions to ensure consistency of plans and messaging

Partner with brand, the business, and employee communications teams to develop, pitch and execute multimedia strategies across company channels for key announcements and launches.

Collaborate with agency partners to develop visuals and graphics for social channels; edit and write social copy and/or website articles to accompany visuals.

Work closely to build/ upskill capabilities with the company’s bottling partners to align& execute content strategy, calendar and assets that can be leveraged across communication platforms

Execute the internal communication initiatives designed by global

Ensure sustainability approval processes are in place for any communication

Follow up and management of the communication budget and ensuring relevant operational actions are in place

Develop and oversee the implementation of end-to-end comprehensive communication strategies that effectively align with corporate goals and engage a diverse group of stakeholders and audiences across multiple regions.

Champion organizational change initiatives, advocating for novel approaches and strategic thinking in communications to challenge the existing paradigms and drive cultural transformation.

Manage proactively issues and crisis that impact the reputation of the company together with business leaders and bottling partners.

Leverage data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to refine communication strategies, ensuring they remain impactful and relevant across different regions.
Role Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Business, or related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferable.

Preferably 10-12 years of robust experience in public relations, communications, or related fields, with substantial exposure to Agile project management methodologies.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies across diverse geographies in complex, multinational organizations.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive results across diverse teams.

Strong understanding of sustainability and public policy, particularly issues relevant to the beverage industry, and demonstrated expertise in navigating this landscape effectively.

Skilled in using technology platforms, including social media tools, to enhance communication reach and impact.

Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable, strategic communication plans.
