About the Role
Develop and implement internal and external corporate communication strategies to enhance the company's identity and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including public relations support, corporate identity management, and public opinion monitoring, while adhering to best practices and quality standards to ensure improved effectiveness of communication channels and enhance the company's image.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive corporate and internal communication strategies aligned with the Company's vision, objectives, and strategic plans.

Establish, manage, and ensure compliance with corporate identity standards across all departments.

Design and oversee public relations and media programs to strengthen relationships with the public, partners, and media, including managing conferences and major events.

Continuously evaluate and enhance internal and external communication channels, providing strategic communication advice to senior management.

Monitor and analyze public sentiment and media coverage through media tracking, surveys, and reporting, and recommend appropriate actions.

Lead the corporate content ecosystem, including editorial oversight, publishing, and website content governance in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Develop and implement corporate communication policies, procedures, and crisis communication frameworks in line with best practices.

Oversee VIP engagement protocols, including official visits, events, and coordination to ensure a professional and seamless experience.

Lead corporate reputation management initiatives, including real-time media monitoring, risk assessment, and proactive response planning.

Drive the development of digital communication channels and smart content platforms, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance message effectiveness and decision-making.

Establish and maintain governance frameworks for all internal and external communication activities in alignment with government directives and international standards.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with government entities and international organizations, representing the Company in regional and global forums.

Define official media messaging and executive media appearance strategies, ensuring consistency with corporate identity and leadership direction.

Champion innovation in government and corporate communications, adopting emerging technologies and interactive digital experiences.

Provide strategic oversight of media relations, digital media, corporate identity, internal communication, and events teams to ensure alignment and institutional integration.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience
, with significant exposure to corporate communications, media relations, and reputation management.

Proven leadership experience in
large organizations, preferably private sector.
