Who are we?

Whatfix is an AI-first Digital adoption platform and a category leader that helps organizations maximize the ROI of their digital investments (conventional or AI) by removing user friction and accelerating software adoption. Guided by our philosophy of Userization : the belief that technology must adapt to the user & not the other way around, we combine AI, automation and analytics to deliver contextual, real-time guidance, personalized insights and task automation directly in the flow of work.

At the core of our platform is ScreenSense, a proprietary contextual AI engine that perceives applications like a human : reading screens, understanding context, and interpreting user intent in real time.

Our product portfolio is purpose-built and AI-augmented for enterprise scale:

  • Digital Adoption : Real-time, in-app guidance that reduces costs, minimizes support needs, and accelerates user productivity, right in the flow of work.

  • Product Analytics : Captures user behavior across applications to identify adoption gaps, drop-offs, and usage friction; helping companies optimize their software investments.

  • Mirror : Simulation based training experiences that help achieve faster go-lives and better user competency before touching live systems.

These are embedded with Whatfix AI Agents which supercharge creation, insights, and user guidance.

Our upcoming AI native products are already creating a buzz: Seek, an AI-native assistant that understands business context and acts across applications to complete work on users’ behalf; and Mirror 2.0, the world’s only System-plus-Role GenAI simulation with a complete assessment

At Whatfix, we’re not just making technology easier - we’re making it work for people.
