Position Title: Director, Corporate Facilities

Function: Global Business Services (GBS)

Supervisor Title: Senior Director, Global Business Services

Location: Miami, Florida, US

RBI is seeking a Director, Corporate Facilities to work collaboratively with a highly talented team to oversee and manage our Restaurant Support Centers (“RSC”) in Canada (Toronto, Ontario) and US (Miami, Florida; Jacksonville, Florida; Syracuse, NY). This individual will be part of Global Business Services (GBS) and have full responsibility for ensuring the office space is safe, functional, efficient, and provides a positive employee and visitor experience. The role will involve oversight of strategy, vision and budget for our state-of-the-art facilities.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead facilities teams across the U.S. and Canada, providing strategic direction and oversight for day-to-day operations supporting all RSC locations
  • Set and govern facilities and maintenance strategy across all RSCs, integrating processes and service delivery models while ensuring performance through facilities leadership and third-party providers
  • Plan, manage, and control facilities operating budgets for U.S. and Canada RSCs, including resource planning, lease obligations, common area maintenance, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring
  • Oversee annual capital budgets and capital projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and approved funding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Legal, Real Estate, Finance, FP&A, IT, landlords, property managers, and service providers
  • Lead facilities planning, design, space management, and workplace initiatives, including enhancements that improve functionality, efficiency, and overall employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements, building standards, and local regulations across RSC locations; serve as a subject matter expert in facilities and construction practices
  • Drive a high-quality employee experience through proactive, high-touch customer service, effective escalation management, and the establishment of KPIs and governance frameworks to measure service delivery, timeliness, and satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, real estate, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of office and/or facilities management experience, preferably supporting multiple locations across North America
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and budgets to deliver results on time
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; self-directed, proactive, and quick to learn new processes and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and clearly report progress against action plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • High attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality work and documentation
  • Flexibility to support varying work hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, in response to urgent facilities or equipment issues
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. and Canada (up to 30%)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ticket management systems preferred
