In this role, you will spearhead the development of infrastructure and attractions that embody Qiddiya's vision of innovative leisure and entertainment. You will guide a talented team as you plan and execute diverse, large-scale development initiatives that enhance both the visitor experience and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of multiple development projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts, working closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure timely project completion within budget
• Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to inform project direction and investment decisions
• Engage with stakeholders—including government agencies, investors, and local communities—to secure project approvals and build sustainable relationships
• Ensure all development activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to executive leadership
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging collaborative problem-solving and innovative design solutions
• Regularly present project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale commercial or entertainment projects
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and risk management principles
• Exceptional leadership capabilities and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficient in project management software and relevant industry technical tools
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing project dynamics
