About Certinal:
Certinal is an enterprise eSignature platform under Zycus, competing with DocuSign and Adobe Sign. We serve Fortune 500 customers across healthcare, automotive, financial services, and procurement sectors including Apollo Hospitals, Bumrungrad International Hospital, and Magna International. Our platform handles complex enterprise integrations with SSO, APIs, EMR/HIS systems, CRMs and ERP platforms. We maintain an 81 NPS score and are known for superior technical capabilities, flexible pricing, and exceptional customer support.

Position Overview:

Certinal is looking for a hands-on, data-driven Director - Digital Marketing to own and scale our digital demand engine across paid, organic, web, and lifecycle channels. You will act as a player-coach: building strategy, executing campaigns in tools, and partnering with Sales, Product and Marketing to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, call, and LinkedIn to build pipeline.
  • Own paid media strategy: targeting, budgets, creative testing, bidding, and weekly optimization.
  • Scale account-based programs (ABM) and coordinate with the BD team on account lists and plays.
  • Identify, test, and onboard new acquisition channels; document learnings and playbooks.
  • Manage agencies/partners when needed; ensure quality, speed, and ROI.
  • Own website performance: traffic growth, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, and forms.
  • Drive SEO roadmap with technical fixes, content briefs, and internal linking to grow organic demand.
  • Build nurture journeys for key personas and buying stages; improve MQL-to-SQL progression.
  • Operate marketing automation tools (segmentation, scoring logic, triggers, and email deliverability basics).
  • Create dashboards and weekly business reviews to report channel efficiency and funnel performance.
  • Run experiments with clear hypotheses (A/B tests, landing pages, creatives) and share insights.
  • Maintain marketing tech stack hygiene: integrations, data quality, consent/compliance needs, and documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership on ICP, target accounts, campaign calendars, and follow-up.

Job Requirement

Skills & Experience Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS/enterprise software.
  • Proven record of building pipeline through performance marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Hands-on ownership of campaign execution (not only strategy): ads, landing pages, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, SDR/BD teams, and Marketing Operations.
