The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s overall digital marketing strategy. This role focuses on driving brand growth, increasing online visibility, generating leads, and maximizing revenue through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs, ROI, and analytics tools
- Oversee website performance, traffic growth, and conversion rate optimization
- Manage brand positioning and online reputation across digital platforms
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and influencers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7–9 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including leadership roles
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web analytics
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Data driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
