Job Purpose:
Lead the
revenue and subscriber growth
of My Zong App (MZA) as the company’s flagship digital channel — transforming it into a full-scale Super App driving engagement, financial enablement, and lifestyle services for Zong customers.
Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
: Define and execute the digital growth strategy for MZA, positioning it as a central hub for customer engagement, commerce, and lifestyle services.

Revenue & P&L Ownership
: Drive digital revenue and profitability through new monetization streams including digital commerce, advertising, and fintech partnerships.

User Growth & Retention
: Lead acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives via data-driven marketing, personalized experiences, and loyalty programs.

Product & Ecosystem Expansion
: Oversee introduction of new features, bundles, and mini-apps to broaden MZA’s ecosystem relevance and value proposition.

Partnership & Platform Development
: Build collaborations with fintechs, OTTs, and digital service providers to enrich MZA’s Super App offerings.

Analytics & Performance Management
: Monitor KPIs across user engagement, transactions, and conversions; translate insights into actionable business plans.

Digital Marketing Leadership
: Drive 360° marketing and communication plans to strengthen MZA’s brand presence and app adoption.

Product Development
: Lead and Support the product Development for other relevant Marketing functions and collaborate with IT/BOSS System or Digital teams for changes and up dation.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:

In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above.
Work Experience:

Should have Preferably 8 yrs. or Above experience.
