Job Purpose:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products and platforms by translating business strategy into scalable, high-quality digital solutions. The role ensures timely execution, value realization, and continuous improvement across the digital product portfolio while aligning stakeholders, delivery teams, and governance structures.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end digital product delivery lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap planning to release and post-implementation optimization.
• Translate business and strategic objectives into prioritized product backlogs and delivery plans.
• Lead and govern cross-functional delivery teams (product, engineering, UX, data, vendors) to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
• Establish and enforce delivery frameworks, standards, and KPIs (Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models).
• Manage dependencies across multiple digital initiatives to ensure portfolio-level alignment and risk mitigation.
• Oversee vendor and partner performance, ensuring contractual compliance and delivery quality.
• Ensure digital products meet security, quality, compliance, and architecture standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance insights, user feedback, and delivery retrospectives.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar position.
