JOB TITLE: Director Finance - Controlling Team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for month end book closing, internal control effectiveness and COSA compliances, managing external and group reporting audits, ERP implementations and automation initiatives, preparation and managing audits of statutory and tax accounts for all E&C and ETP entities including subsidiaries and joint ventures
  • To lead end to end financial accounting, month end and year end reporting process for the E&C and ETP division in compliance with IFRS and Group policies
  • Ensure accurate month end reporting, timely closing of books as per timelines
  • Ensure accurate consolidation of financial results of all E&C and ETP projects, subsidiaries and Joint ventures
  • Oversee preparation of month end / quarter end reports to be provided to various stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to Petrofac’s financial governance framework, internal controls, and corporate policies.
  • Ensure design and operational effectiveness of key financial controls and ensure compliance with COSA reporting requirements
  • Manage external audit processes, ensuring timely closure of findings.
  • Lead compliance with statutory and audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support implementation of ERP and other IT initiatives of the group including automations
  • Prepare financial statements of all legal entities / branches to ensure timely filing of tax returns
  • Manage ICV audits as applicable for legal entities
  • Partner with Global Business Services team to improve internal controls, processes, automations to achieve efficiency
  • Collaborate with other Finance functions e.g. business partnering, FP&A, tax in delivering finance related information for decision making.
