Responsibilities:
Managing portfolio risk and leading pricing exercises for existing and new product lines
Leads all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Support on venture capital and private equity fundraising strategies
Manages and builds a growing finance department across multiple geographies
Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting
Develops strategies to increase return on investment and profitability
Oversees and manages accounting tasks, including banking, taxes, and compliance
Manages and presents financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders
Collaborates with the executives and directors for product development & pricing, creates budgets, and tracks key performance indicators
Manages internal and external audit processes and timelines
