Director FX Options Trader

Job Purpose:

To complement the Rates and NL business generating yearly income of AED 200 Mio by managing the Non-Linear FX and rates flow business within approved limits. This role also allows the trader to manufacture products by working with the Structuring team, which in turn allows Corporate and Institutional Sales in particular (bank stakeholders as a whole), to expand the flow of business from clients. Take on market risk positions from internal desks (Sales) / provide hedging trade ideas for our own account and external clients. Train junior members as appropriate. Customer interaction as appropriate. Provide efficient and competitive pricing.

Skills & Expertise:

Ability to price non-linear products & manage the risk internally. System implementation skills for non-linear products. Technical and fundamental Knowledge of trading G7 & EM Markets.

Exotic/Structured Product Knowledge Calypso / Numerix systems Bloomberg/Reuters.

8 -10 years of experience in IR trading with a proven good track record.
