Fund Manager (Forex & Crypto)

Role & Responsibilities -

1. Develop and Execute Trading Strategies: Design and implement diversified Forex and crypto trading strategies using both manual and algorithmic methods.
   
2. Conduct Market Analysis: Continuously study market trends, economic indicators, and emerging assets to identify profitable trading opportunities.
   
3. Manage Risk: Apply disciplined risk management techniques, including position sizing, stop-loss settings, and exposure control to protect fund capital.
   
4. Optimize Trade Execution: Execute buy/sell orders on platforms like MetaTrader 5 and major crypto exchanges, using bots or scripts to enhance efficiency.
   
5. Track and Report Performance: Maintain detailed trading logs, P&L records, and periodic performance reports in line with internal policies.
   

Preferred Candidate Profile -

1. Experience: 35+ years of active Forex and/or crypto trading with a proven track record in managing portfolios and executing trades.
   
2. Technical Expertise: Skilled in platforms such as MT5, TradingView, and crypto exchanges; knowledge of MQL5/Python for algorithmic trading is a plus.
   
3. Market Knowledge: Strong grasp of FX pairs, crypto assets, and both technical and fundamental analysis; familiarity with on-chain analytics is advantageous.
   
4. Risk & Quantitative Skills: Proficient in risk assessment, quantitative modeling, and data-driven decision-making under volatile market conditions.
   
5. Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, discipline, and effective communication for teamwork and reporting.
