Director - Head of Quality MBS Stadium project

The Director - Head of Quality for the MBS Stadium project at Qiddiya Investment Company will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the construction and delivery phases of the stadium. This leadership role involves developing and implementing comprehensive quality management plans, coordinating quality assurance and control activities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Director will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all quality objectives are met within the agreed timelines and budgets.

Lead the development and enforcement of quality management systems and processes specific to the MBS Stadium project.

Coordinate and supervise quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) activities on-site and off-site.

Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate quality requirements into all phases of the project.

Develop and manage quality documentation, reporting, and metrics to monitor project quality performance.

Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, codes, and regulations applicable to stadium construction.

Drive initiatives for continuous quality improvement and risk mitigation throughout the project's lifecycle.

Manage and mentor the quality team, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in quality management roles within large-scale construction projects, preferably stadium or sports infrastructure.

Proven track record in leading quality teams on mega or giga projects.

Strong knowledge of international quality standards, methodologies, and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQE) are highly desirable.
