IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Director Home Connectivity is responsible for formulating and executing strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability of the fixed-line (xDSL, FTTH) and voice product portfolio nationwide.

The role encompasses annual revenue planning, product roadmap ownership and ARPU enhancement.

Working with minimal direct supervision, the incumbent ensures alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and regularly reports progress to the Management.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Strategic Planning & Revenue Management Develop and implement annual revenue plans for broadband (xDSL & FTTH) and voice services.

Set and monitor KPIs (churn rate, ARPU, net subscriber additions) to drive business objectives nationwide.

Product & Portfolio Leadership Own the product roadmap for home connectivity, including new product development, pricing, and positioning.

Oversee promotional campaigns and acquisitions offers to enhance customer experience and profitability.

Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of 12 members; establish performance metrics and conduct regular reviews.

Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Sales to align on channel strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Monitoring & Reporting Conduct regular performance reviews with senior leadership. Analyze existing selling trends, track revenue vs. targets, and recommend course corrections where needed.

Provide periodic updates to internal stakeholders on market performance, budget utilization, and new product launches.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
-
At least 10 years in the telecom/technology sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role involving revenue or product strategy.
