Position Purpose: The Director strategically leads and manages KRMC’s Home Care programs—including Home Health, Hospice, and Hospice House (inpatient unit)—to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. This role drives continuous process improvement, operational excellence, and staff engagement while maintaining regulatory compliance and fiscal accountability. This is a full-time, FLSA Exempt position.

Work Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, & walk 3-5 hrs daily. Demonstrate good oral/written skills. Able to manage technical business equipment and related software applications. Assist in movement of patients weighing up to 300 lbs. Able to care for patients with infectious diseases. Expected duties have routine potential for exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues. May require travel between multiple campuses, locally.
