The Role

As Director of Housekeeping, you will be the guardian of Faena Wadi Safar’s tactile and visual experience. You will orchestrate spaces that feel immaculate, inviting, and alive—where every surface, scent, and detail contributes to a guest’s sense of wonder, comfort, and care.

Leading the Housekeeping team, you will blend operational precision with artistry, ensuring that cleanliness, presentation, and ritual are expressed as poetry, not procedure.

What You Will Create

Environments of Care

• Transform guestrooms, residences, and public spaces into sanctuaries—where every element reflects Faena’s bold design, meticulous standards, and human warmth.

Pre-Opening as Craft

• Lead the pre-opening of housekeeping operations—designing workflows, establishing SOPs, sourcing tools and linens, and guiding the team so that opening day feels effortless and elegant.

Rituals in Detail

• Turn cleaning, organization, and presentation into rituals—ensuring that every interaction and observation evokes pride, care, and attention without drawing attention to itself.

Teams of Pride

• Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team—instilling professionalism, care, and a love for craft, while supporting the growth of Saudi National talent.

Performance with Heart

• Balance artistry with accountability—ensuring operational efficiency, budget discipline, and brand standards without compromising the human touch.

Collaboration & Presence

• Work seamlessly with Front Office, Rooms, Engineering, and F&B to create spaces that feel coherent, luxurious, and alive—enhancing the rhythm and flow of the guest journey.

Who You Are

• A senior housekeeping leader with experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality.

• Experienced in pre-opening and operational excellence, with a strong eye for detail and design alignment.

• A natural leader who inspires pride, precision, and joy in their teams.

• Deeply respectful of Saudi culture, labor expectations, and Saudization priorities.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Skilled in operational planning, budgeting, and cross-departmental collaboration while maintaining warmth and presence in service.
