Director, HR Technology

Location: Houston, TX
Type: Contract | 26 Weeks
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $70–$75/hr

Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Director of HR Technology to lead strategy, optimization, and operations for HR and workforce technology platforms, including support for an upcoming ERP migration. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and enterprise leaders to drive system improvements and business alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR technology strategy, system optimization, and process digitization

• Oversee HR/Workforce platforms, reporting, analytics, and performance metrics

• Manage day-to-day operations, user support, and issue resolution

• Lead, develop, and manage HR Technology teams and vendors

• Drive projects, governance, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration

• Support ERP migration and enterprise technology initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years IT experience; 5+ years in HR/Workforce technology

• 5+ years of people and team leadership experience

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based HCM platforms (required)

• Strong leadership, project management, and process improvement skills

Preferred:

• Experience with LMS, ATS, Time & Attendance, and workflow tools

• ERP migration experience

• Healthcare or large enterprise background
