What we're looking for:

• Arabic speakers preferred (strong client-facing exposure in KSA)
• 10-15+ years of experience with a strong consulting background
• Expertise in Organization Design, Operating Models, Workforce Transformation, HR Policies & Governance, Performance Management, Reward Strategy
• Exposure to Financial Services (Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Investment Firms, Family Offices) - strong plus
• Proven ability to lead teams (5-8 consultants), manage client relationships, and drive business development
• Open to being fully based in Riyadh
