Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of HC strategies aligned with business goals.

Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Oversee employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management programs.

Ensure effective implementation of talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Partner with Total Rewards to align compensation and incentives with business performance.

Monitor HC metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8+ years of progressive HR/HC experience, with leadership exposure.
