Role Summary:
To work as a senior team member on audits and lead audits under the overall supervision of the Head of Audit of Media Business Segment.
- The role will also provide input to and work on relationship management with senior stakeholders, audit methodology, training and participation in other activities related to the management of the Group Audit function.
- The role requires business and/or audit expertise with knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST Accounting, the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant statutes and standards.

Incumbent should act as Lead Auditor on audits conducted according to the Annual Plan and contribute to delivering impactful audit reports.

Understand the specific risks and controls related to the audit and conduct risk-based audits

Developing Terms of Reference and test plan to address the audit objectives.

Engaging with the business effectively in a professional manner to facilitate audit delivery.
- Manage relationships with the audit team, senior business leaders and other functional leaders.

Apply subject matter knowledge (audit and/or business) to the audit work.

Manage audit fieldwork, business communications, reporting and close-out in line with the function’s requirements.

Deliver high quality, well written audit reports.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Internal audit or at a Big-4 audit firm or an internal audit function of a large multinational organization.

The role requires business and/or audit expertise with knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST Accounting, the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant statutes and standards.
- Chartered Accountant, having knowledge of SAP ERP, presentation skills and analytic mind. Preferably leveraged tools and enablers like Tableau, Power BI. Knowledge of SQL and PYTHON would be of advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to demonstrate flexibility in style and approach, a desire to learn and upskill, persuasion and inquisitive bend of mind,
- A commitment to excellence in the delivery of audit work and demonstrated experience in improving processes and systems in an audit or non-audit environment.

A proven track record of delivery of audits, business projects or line work.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to land challenging messages with stakeholders.

Ability to manage, guide, motivate and steer a team of subordinates.

Contribute to the common goals of the team.
