JOB PURPOSE
  
  To lead and execute the company’s marketing and communications strategy, enhancing brand visibility, supporting project sales, and strengthening stakeholder engagement. The role oversees all aspects of marketing, media relations, public relations, and internal communications to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across the organization. The role plays a pivotal part in shaping brand perception, stakeholder engagement, and market positioning—ensuring consistency, alignment, and impact across all internal and external touchpoints.
 
   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  
   1. Strategy & Planning
  
- 
   Develop and oversee the execution of the overall marketing and communications strategy, including annual marketing plans and budgets, aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  
- 
   Contribute to project business plans by aligning marketing initiatives with annual sales and lease targets across residential, commercial, and retail assets.
  
- 
   Lead the marketing strategy for new product and phase launches, working closely with sales, leasing, and development teams.
  
- 
   Position Grand Blue City and its flagship developments (e.g., Al Madina A’Zarqa) as iconic, benchmark destinations in Oman and the region.
  
- 
   Serve as brand guardian, ensuring message consistency and alignment across all platforms and entities.
  
- 
   Lead crisis communication and reputation management strategies, in coordination with executive leadership
  
   2. Campaigns, Brand & Customer Experience
  
- 
   Design and manage integrated B2C and B2B marketing campaigns across local and regional markets, including residential, hospitality, commercial, and lifestyle offerings, incorporating the different outlets (digital, social, content, events, sponsorships, and promotions)
  
- 
   Develop and oversee marketing tools and lead generation efforts to support sales and leasing performance.
  
- 
   Create engaging customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints to reinforce brand positioning and improve conversion rates.
  
- 
   Manage and grow brand awareness, understanding, and reputation among B2C and B2B customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  
- 
   Manage partnerships with creative agencies, and digital platforms to drive visibility and lead generation.
  
   3. Communications & Public Relations
  
- 
   Lead the development and execution of public relations, corporate communications, and media outreach plans to maximize project visibility and reinforce corporate reputation.
  
- 
   Review and approve all external communication materials, including press releases, interviews, event briefings, and official statements, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.
  
- 
   Liaise with PR agencies and media partners to secure earned coverage, manage media events, and monitor public sentiment.
  
- 
   Align external project communications with broader city-level branding and development narratives.
  
- 
   Oversee internal communications as needed to ensure message alignment across departments and with leadership.
  
   4. Stakeholder Engagement
  
- 
   Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners including government bodies, property managers, neighboring communities, retailers, and sales/leasing agents.
  
- 
   Support corporate-level engagement strategies with public sector stakeholders and industry influencers in the region.
  
   5. Team Management and Budgeting
  
- 
   Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary communications and marketing team.
  
- 
   Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets, including project-level forecasting and reporting.
  
- 
   Monitor marketing spend and campaign performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
  
   6. Research, Insights & Product Alignment
  
- 
   Drive a customer-centric culture by leveraging research and insights to shape marketing and product strategies.
  
- 
   Support project phasing and product mix planning by aligning marketing activities with development timelines and market demand.
  
- 
   Monitor trends, sentiment, and analytics to continuously optimize brand reach and effectiveness.
  
   7. Quality Control & Brand Governance
  
- 
   Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all marketing, communication, and promotional materials.
  
- 
   Uphold corporate identity standards across all media and customer-facing platforms.
  
   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  
   Minimum Requirements:
  
- 
   University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
- 
   Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
  
- 
   Proven experience in the property or real estate industry, specifically with public product launches and marketing campaigns.
  
- 
   Solid experience working in the Middle East real estate market, with strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer preferences.
  
- 
   Demonstrated ability in managing integrated marketing and communications programs across multiple channels and markets.
  
- 
   Proven success in brand building, media relations, and multi-channel marketing execution.
  
   Preferred:
  
- 
   Experience in international property marketing and cross-cultural campaign management.
  
- 
   Proficiency in Arabic language is preferred to enhance regional stakeholder engagement and communication effectiveness.
  
- 
   Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media, and emerging marketing technologies within real estate or related sectors.
