Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (In-person)


Salary: $100,000-$120,000 (Commensurate with experience)


Lavner Education is seeking a seasoned, systems-minded Director of Administration to serve as the operational backbone of our world-class STEM summer camp programs. While our educators focus on inspiring the next generation of tech leaders, you will ensure they have every tool they need, the systems run smoothly, the logistics are seamless, and our families are exceptionally well-informed.





Key Responsibilities



Logistics & Supply Chain Management



  • Inventory Control: Maintain rigorous oversight of tech equipment (robotics kits, laptops, etc.) and general camp materials across all sites.

  • Procurement & Ordering: Manage the full purchasing lifecycle for all locations. Work with suppliers to remain on budget while meeting the high technical standards of our curriculum.


Communication & Experience



  • High-Volume Messaging: Execute and manage vital communication flows for parents and staff via email and SMS, covering site logistics and updates, and emergency alerts.

  • Onboarding Excellence: Oversee the "Welcome" experience for families and seasonal hires, ensuring professional and timely delivery of all materials.

  • Marketing Coordination: Support internal marketing efforts, the production of branded items, and other deliverables.


Backend Systems & Operations



  • Systems Administration: Manage registration software and internal operational databases.

  • Data Reporting: Generate timely enrollment reports, supply audits, and summary overviews to drive strategic leadership decisions.





Qualifications




  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in administration or operations management.

  • Industry Knowledge: A proven track record of working within the summer camp or education sector .

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in registration software, database management, and mass-communication tools.

  • Logistical Expertise: Deep experience in supply chain management, large-scale inventory oversight, and vendor relations.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Physical Presence: Ability to work on-site daily at our Plymouth Meeting HQ.

  • Compliance: Successful completion and clearance of all required background checks.
