We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Director of Administrative Affairs & Support Services for a prominent and leading company in Saudi Arabia, recognized for its operational excellence and commitment to high-quality administrative and support services

Lead and oversee all Administrative Affairs and Shared Services operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with company objectives.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.

Supervise daily administrative operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflows and service integration.

Monitor service quality and operational effectiveness, implementing improvements where needed.

Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic performance and analytical reports.

Coordinate closely with Human Resources and other departments to support business and employee needs.

Manage government relations and ensure compliance with all official regulations, documentation, and procedures.

Represent the company before governmental entities when required or delegated.

Oversee facilities management, security systems, safety measures, and operational readiness of company premises.

Manage vendor relationships, including service providers, vehicle leasing contracts, and outsourced administrative services.

Evaluate vendor performance regularly and recommend contract renewal, replacement, or improvement actions.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management efforts in line with best practices and international standards.

Build, develop, and empower administrative teams while fostering a performance-driven and service-oriented culture.
We are Looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in administrative or business management roles.

Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial position.

Proven experience in managing administrative affairs, shared services, facilities, security, and government relations.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Solid understanding of compliance, policies, procedures, and operational governance.

Ability to analyze performance data, manage KPIs, and drive operational improvements.
