What You’ll Do
In this key leadership role, you will:

Lead and oversee the full revenue cycle, including billing, AR follow-up, payment posting, reporting, and analysis.

Drive strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and financial performance.

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing billing and revenue cycle team.

Collaborate closely with internal departments and senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Monitor and report on key revenue cycle metrics, identifying opportunities for operational improvement.

Develop strategies to identify and resolve billing and coding issues, improving processes and workflow efficiency.

Leverage technology and data to improve accuracy, efficiency, and outcomes across the revenue cycle.

Foster a customer-focused and collaborative team culture that supports staff development and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5+ years of related revenue cycle, billing, or healthcare financial experience preferred.

Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, billing operations, and healthcare reimbursement processes.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
