Director of Billing

CareLinc is looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Billing to join our team! If you're passionate about optimizing revenue cycle performance, leading high-performing teams, and improving processes that support patient care—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

In this key leadership role, you will:

• Lead and oversee the full revenue cycle, including billing, AR follow-up, payment posting, reporting, and analysis.
• Drive strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and financial performance.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing billing and revenue cycle team.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on key revenue cycle metrics, identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop strategies to identify and resolve billing and coding issues, improving processes and workflow efficiency.
• Leverage technology and data to improve accuracy, efficiency, and outcomes across the revenue cycle.
• Foster a customer-focused and collaborative team culture that supports staff development and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related revenue cycle, billing, or healthcare financial experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, billing operations, and healthcare reimbursement processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
