What You'll Do
As the Director of Brand & Community Engagement, you'll lead Radiant Health's brand presence and community engagement strategy while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day work that brings our mission to life.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the primary steward of the Radiant Health brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and professionalism across all platforms
Establish and maintain control of brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity
Ensure all communications feel polished but not overproduced, professional, relatable, and human
Create and lead authentic storytelling efforts that highlight real employee experiences, client impact, and community partnerships
Translate organizational work into meaningful narratives that connect emotionally and build trust
Develop content that creates a feeling not just information through tone, voice, and presentation
Own and manage all organizational social media platforms with a focus on authenticity, engagement, and growth
Create consistent, high-quality social content that feels real, relatable, and aligned with brand identity
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness
Maintain website and digital platforms to ensure consistent messaging and user experience
Maintain a strong, visible presence in the community as a representative of Radiant Health
Sustain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, donors, sponsors, and supporters
Partner with organizational leaders to support the planning, promotion, and execution of fundraising, community, and organizational events
Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and demonstrated success in marketing, branding, communications, social media management, and storytelling may be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred
3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, branding, or public relations
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based settings preferred
Experience with photography, videography, graphic design, or multimedia content preferred
Pay: $72,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
