Director of Brokerage Operations

The Director of Brokerage Operations serves as the operational backbone of a high-performing commercial real estate brokerage with approximately 24 brokers. Reporting directly to the Managing Broker, this role oversees day-to-day office operations, brokerage systems, compliance processes, and internal workflows that enable brokers to perform at a high level. This position combines operational leadership, administrative oversight, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brokerage Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee daily brokerage operations, ensuring systems, workflows, and processes function efficiently and consistently
  • Act as a strategic operational partner to the Managing Broker, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish, document, and maintain office procedures and best practices

Broker & Transaction Support

  • Support approximately 24 brokers with transaction coordination, document management, contract compliance, and deadline tracking.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for brokers regarding operational questions, tools, and internal processes.
  • Assist with onboarding new brokers, including systems access, orientation, and process training.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure brokerage compliance with Idaho real estate regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records for transactions, licenses, renewals, and required disclosures.
  • Coordinate audits, reporting, and compliance documentation as needed.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Coordinate office expenses, invoicing, and basic financial tracking in collaboration with accounting partners.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting using tools such as QuickBooks and proprietary software.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office facilities.

Office & Client Experience

  • Maintain a polished, professional office environment that reflects Lee’s brand and values.
  • Greet clients and visitors and support meetings, presentations, and brokerage events.
  • Support marketing and listing coordination as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership, preferably within commercial or residential real estate, brokerage, or a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, systems, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and comfort learning CRM or real estate software.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting commercial or residential real estate transactions or brokerage operations.
  • Familiarity with real estate compliance requirements and transaction documentation.
  • Experience with basic accounting or bookkeeping coordination.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
