Director of Business Development

Role Summary


The Business Development Director is responsible for driving the organization’s growth strategy across all business lines, including Primary Care Centers, Homecare, and Digital Health Services. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading commercial initiatives to expand the organization’s footprint across the Kingdom.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Growth & Market Expansion


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify new revenue streams, service lines, and geographic expansion opportunities
  • Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity assessments


Partnerships & Key Accounts


  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, insurers, government entities, and healthcare providers
  • Lead negotiations, contracting, and long-term partnership agreements
  • Expand B2B channels including employer health programs and institutional contracts


Commercial Performance


  • Own and deliver revenue growth targets across all service lines
  • Monitor pipeline performance, conversion rates, and deal lifecycle
  • Develop pricing strategies and business cases for new services


Leadership & Governance


  • Lead and develop the business development team
  • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Medical, Finance, and Marketing teams


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record in closing large-scale deals and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem
