Job Objective
Develops ZymeFlow business opportunities in the Middle East to increase revenue and profits, penetrating all refinery levels. Maintains existing accounts and pursues new opportunities for ZymeFlow products and services, while seeking additional oil and gas prospects.
Job Responsibilities

Understands how ZymeFlow chemicals and services support refinery processes.

Uses sales techniques, collaborates with leadership to refine strategy, and sets goals for assigned accounts.

Designs and implements sales and marketing plans based on customer events.

Targets key customers for short-term revenue while building long-term relationships.

Builds relationships with clients, including National Contract Managers of major oil companies.

Participates in project job walks, writes proposals, and closes sales.

Achieves annual sales targets and tracks progress in SalesForce.com.

Reports sales projections, goal completion, and new jobs quarterly.

Gathers customer feedback, addresses concerns, and recommends solutions.

Monitors project execution and maintains proactive communication with clients.

Resolves customer issues, manages expectations, and negotiates scope changes.

Collaborates for process improvement and contributes to marketing strategy.

Delivers technical presentations and participates in trade shows.

Maintains a positive work environment, fosters teamwork, & follows company policies.

Supports corporate strategy, contributes to improvements, and communicates with management.
Requirements
Qualifications
-
Five (5) or more years of refining/industrial sales experience including basic knowledge of refinery operations and equipment.

Knowledge of refinery turnaround planning, execution, and scheduling.

Experience selling industrial services and developing customer relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in the use and application of the following software: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed including travel out of town up to 75% of the time.
Education
-
Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering preferred
