The Director of Client Success & Growth will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable results. This role goes beyond sales management, it requires a leader who can anticipate market shifts, foster innovation, and align the sales function with Kaizen’s long-term strategic objectives.
You will take ownership of client engagement, project mobilization success, and competitive positioning while ensuring your team is empowered, motivated, and delivering excellence.
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide market and competition insights, including updates to Porter’s Five Forces analysis.
- Forecast revenue over a three-year horizon and contribute to long-term planning.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor sales performance and drive efficiency across processes.
- Enhance customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
- Foster seamless collaboration across departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Leverage digital and AI-powered tools to optimize sales performance.
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research and analyze competitors, industry trends, and client behavior.
- Generate and nurture SQL leads through networking and industry partnerships.
- Prepare tenders and proposals to secure new opportunities.
Sales Activity & Reporting
- Oversee accurate reporting of leads, pipeline, and sales activities.
- Produce bi-weekly market research reports to support sales strategies.
- Create high-impact sales materials to support engagements.
People Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, learning, and professional development.
- Lead with Kaizen’s culture and values, promoting innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s / MBA is highly preferred).
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Client Success, or Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Asset Management, Real Estate, or Investment sectors in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong understanding of the UAE and wider GCC real estate and investment landscape, including market trends, regulatory frameworks, and client expectations.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multimillion-dirham revenue targets and driving sustainable growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing, multicultural teams in a competitive environment.
- Strong network across government entities, developers, institutional investors, and corporate clients in the region.
- Ability to design and execute medium- to long-term growth strategies, including forecasting, risk management, and market positioning.
- Expertise in structuring complex deals, commercial negotiations, and delivering ROI-driven outcomes.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools to enhance efficiency, reporting, and client engagement.
- Deep appreciation for UAE business culture and values, with the ability to build trusted relationships and represent Kaizen at the highest levels.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
