What We’re Looking For:
The Director of Communications & Marketing plays a vital role in amplifying the mission and impact of the Indianapolis Foundation. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications and Marketing, this role leads the development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and storytelling efforts that bring the brand to life across platforms.
You’ll manage day-to-day marketing operations, lead digital content strategy, and ensure high-quality campaign execution that resonates with diverse community audiences and stakeholders. Cross-functional project management will be a key component of the role. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and implementation and care deeply about community voice, equity, and inclusive engagement, this role is for you.
