Analytics Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the data and analytics roadmap for loyalty, CRM, and marketing programs.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and BI specialists.
- Foster a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
Loyalty & CRM Analytics
- Design and measure loyalty program strategies to improve retention, engagement, and ROI.
- Leverage AI/ML for personalization, segmentation, and churn prediction.
- Monitor and optimize customer lifetime value (CLV) across all segments.
- Deliver omnichannel analytics that integrate data from in-store, eCommerce, app, and digital platforms.
Insights & GTM Strategy
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies driven by customer insights.
- Provide recommendations on reward structures, promotional campaigns, and customer journeys to maximize impact.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPIs to track loyalty program performance and GTM effectiveness.
Data Management & Governance
- Oversee data integration across POS, CRM, eCommerce, mobile, and digital channels.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive adoption of cloud-based analytics platforms and scalable data models.
A successful Director of Data Analytics (Loyalty) should have:
- Minimum degree qualified, Masters is preferred, with past experiences in loyalty programs within retail, restaurant chain, banking or airlines.
- 12+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing C-level executives.
- Strong expertise in retail, loyalty program design, CRM, and omnichannel analytics.
- Proven success in customer segmentation, CLV modelling, and GTM strategy enablement.
- Proficiency in cloud based analytics platforms, strong technical understanding of AI/ML methodologies.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations.
