Position: Director of Digital Growth & First Impressions

Status: Full-Time, W2 Employee

Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

Compensation: $70,000 base + performance bonus (based on new patients that show up)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy Director of Digital Growth & First Impressions to oversee the digital marketing and lead generation efforts for our family of brands — brush365, brush365 Dental Injury, ZENITH Injury Relief & Wellness Clinics, and Dr. Realtors.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the first impression our patients and clients have of us — from how they find us online to the experience they receive when they book. This position is ideal for someone who blends marketing strategy, creative design, and a deep understanding of digital systems.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Strategy: Oversee and execute growth strategies for all 4 brands across web, Google, and Meta platforms.
  • Website Development: Design and launch advanced, UI/UX-friendly, SEO-driven websites with a turnaround time of 3 weeks or less per site.
  • Advertising & Lead Generation: Create, manage, and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns that consistently generate high-quality new patient leads.
  • Lead Nurturing Systemization: Develop and automate a 15-touchpoint lead nurturing sequence (within 5 days) using calls, texts, emails, and offers to secure appointments.
  • Personal Outreach: Personally reach out to all new patients (via call, text, and email) to welcome them, share our services and amenities, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. (Templates provided.)
  • Automation & AI: Build smart systems leveraging AI, CRMs, and marketing automation tools to optimize conversions and streamline operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with our Director of Social Media to convert engagement into measurable growth and retention.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report marketing performance and ROI to leadership weekly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in building high-converting websites (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead funnel management.
  • Strong background in marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot, HighLevel, or similar).
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through — our culture values responsiveness and integrity.
  • Must not be employed or freelancing for any other company while in this role.
