Responsibilities
Brand & Reputation
- Defines and leads enterprise digital marketing and transformation strategy aligned with organizational vision across all centers of excellence.
- Drives omnichannel patient acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies using data-driven insights.
- Oversees full digital ecosystem including websites, CRM, marketing automation, and integrations.
Growth & Partnerships
- Directs large-scale digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content platforms.
- Drives patient experience enhancements through digital touchpoints and journey optimization.
- Builds strategic partnerships with global agencies, technology providers, and healthcare platforms.
Governance, Compliance & Risk
- Establishes governance frameworks for digital marketing performance, ROI, and KPI tracking.
- Works with Quality & Governance teams to integrate patient experience into performance indicators.
People & Financial Leadership
- Promotes a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.
- Manages budgets ensuring efficiency, ROI, and financial governance.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or Innovation preferred.
- Certifications in digital transformation, brand management, or customer experience preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of brand strategy, corporate communications, and reputation management in service-driven sectors.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient experience frameworks.
- Skills in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and partnership development.
