We’re seeking a Director of AI-Driven Marketing & Automation to lead our marketing strategy and serve as our internal AI expert. This hybrid role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and business transformation.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Leadership

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, content, social, email, etc.)
• Elevate brand visibility and drive lead generation
• Oversee campaign performance, analytics, and optimization

AI Strategy & Business Automation

• Identify and implement AI tools to automate workflows across departments (e.g., CRM, reporting, customer engagement)
• Lead internal AI education and adoption
• Evaluate platforms like ChatGPT, Zapier, HubSpot AI, Midjourney, and more

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with sales, operations, and HR to streamline processes
• Recommend and deploy AI solutions that improve efficiency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in marketing leadership, ideally in tech-forward or service-based industries
• Strong understanding of AI tools and automation platforms
• Experience implementing business process automations
• Excellent communication, project management, and strategic thinking
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $160,000/year (commensurate with experience)
