Director of Digital Marketing & Growth (Personal Injury Law)
Job Summary
We are a New York–based personal injury law practice seeking an experienced in-house Digital Marketing & Growth Director to own and scale all digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on SEO, PPC, local search, and intake optimization in the NYC market. This role is results-driven and focused on generating signed personal injury cases, not vanity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute SEO strategy for NYC Personal Injury keywords
- Manage borough-specific and practice-area landing pages
- Oversee technical SEO, content strategy, and backlink acquisition
- Build, manage, or supervise Google Ads campaigns
- Track cost per qualified call and cost per signed case
- Manage Google Business Profiles, citations, and online reviews
- Optimize website conversion and intake workflows
- Maintain analytics, call tracking, and ROI reporting
- Manage vendors, budgets, and marketing technology
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience (legal or PI preferred)
- Proven ability to generate signed PI cases
- Strong SEO, PPC, and analytics expertise
- Experience in competitive metro markets (NYC preferred)
- Ability to manage vendors and internal stakeholders
Compensation
$50-60kbase salary, plus performance-based bonuses tied to ROI and signed cases.

- Organic rankings across NYC boroughs
- Lead-to-case conversion rate
- Month-over-month growth in qualified cases
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,373.81 - $60,665.24 per year
