Director of Digital Merchandising

Atlanta- Hybrid. Reports to VP Digital Commerce.

Job Purpose:

Our Director of Digital Merchandising will be responsible for leading the digital merchandising strategy and execution of the online business. This role will drive the growth and profitability of our digital channels by optimizing product assortment and content, search, and promotions. This leader blends data-driven merchandising expertise with commercial acumen to deliver a best-in-class digital shopping experience to hit aggressive sales and profitability targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital merchandise strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and conversion goals across all digital channels.
  • Define and manage assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies in partnership with category management, pricing, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • Oversee navigation, search, and on-site merchandising to improve discoverability and drive higher AOV and conversion.
  • Leverage analytics, demand planning, and A/B testing to guide decisions on assortment, pricing, and promotions; own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital Product, and Operations to deliver seamless campaigns, launches, and customer journeys.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, using data and feedback to refine assortment and site experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of online merchandising tactics, pricing and promotions, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Up to 10% travel as needed.

Work Experience:

  • 5-10 years of related job experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Education:

  • Master's Degree Preferred - Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree - Marketing
