About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Sr. Manager / Director, Performance Marketing to drive lead generation and revenue growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across:
    • PPC campaigns
    • SEO & SEM
    • Paid social media
    • Display advertising
    • Email demand generation and nurturing
    • Emerging digital channels
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns for performance

Marketing Technology & Systems

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, including:
    • CRM and automation tools
    • Lead scoring and routing
    • API integrations
    • Websites and landing pages
    • Analytics platforms

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Use analytics to improve user experience and maximize ROI
  • Establish and track KPIs aligned with business objectives

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for external agencies and partners
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, and performance outcomes

Budget & Competitive Analysis

  • Manage digital marketing budgets within guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to enhance investment and performance
  • Monitor competitive trends and emerging marketing innovations

Internal Collaboration

  • Promote analytics best practices across teams
  • Ensure brand alignment in all digital marketing initiatives
  • Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders

✅ Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience in demand generation and lead generation strategies
  • Strong expertise in web analytics tools
  • Experience managing marketing technology stacks and integrations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office setting with standard business equipment and conditions. Extended periods of computer-based work are expected.
