Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing digital initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process optimization
• Oversee enterprise architecture, digital platforms, and system modernization
• Collaborate with IT, product, and business leaders to align digital strategy
• Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Manage digital transformation budgets, vendors, and technology partners
• Ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and systems across teams
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise technology leadership
• Strong background in digital strategy, enterprise systems, or technology consulting
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, AI, data analytics, and automation tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable digital solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Experience in consulting, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern product delivery frameworks
• Experience working in multicultural or global organizations
