Position Summary
We are seeking a Director of Marketing & E-Commerce to lead all aspects of our marketing strategy and digital sales channels. This role is responsible for brand direction, campaign planning, paid media, content development, and e-commerce performance, with a clear focus on driving direct bookings and revenue through owned channels.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of destination and experience-based marketing, and knows how to attract, engage, and convert customers in a competitive tourism-driven market. They will play a key role in aligning marketing efforts with our sales team, ensuring that campaigns directly support lead generation, conversion, and group/corporate sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Oversight

Lead the company’s full marketing strategy across web, digital, on-site, and partner channels.

Define and evolve brand messaging and creative direction to appeal to both tourists and locals.

Align brand positioning with Las Vegas visitor expectations, major events, and travel cycles.

Build and manage the annual marketing calendar and associated budgets.
Campaigns & Content

Plan and launch seasonal and promotional campaigns targeting key visitor periods (e.g. F1, CES, weekends).

Oversee production of marketing assets: photo, video, web content, print, and social media.

Adapt campaigns for specific audiences (tourists, corporate groups, locals, special events).

Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and PR for reach and relevance.
E-Commerce Management

Oversee all e-commerce performance including online bookings, product pages, and user experience.

Lead or support website redevelopment in coordination with technical partners.

Monitor conversion rates, bounce rate, and booking funnel drop-off points.

Ensure seamless integration with booking platforms, CRMs, and marketing tools.
Paid Media & SEO

Direct strategy and execution of paid digital campaigns (search, display, social, retargeting).

Manage campaign structure, budgets, and optimization through internal or external resources.

Oversee SEO / LLMO efforts including technical, content, and local search optimization.

Use geo-targeting and audience segmentation to reach key demographics (visitors, corporate groups, locals).
Email & CRM

Lead email marketing efforts for promos, automations, and lifecycle campaigns.

Manage customer segmentation and CRM integrations.

Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy based on performance.
Team & Vendor Management

Supervise a small in-house team and marketing contractors.

Manage agency partners, freelancers, and production vendors.

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, tech) to align marketing priorities.

Deep understanding of Las Vegas visitor behavior, seasonality, booking trends, and entertainment culture.

Experience working with tourism-oriented brands (attractions, shows, experiences, F&B, resorts).

Strong grasp of how to market to both out-of-town visitors and local repeat customers.
Marketing Leadership

Proven ability to build and execute campaigns from concept through completion.

Skilled at maintaining brand consistency while adapting to seasonal trends and opportunities.
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

Hands-on experience managing online booking platforms and conversion-driven websites.

Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, UX, and analytics.

Familiar with customer journeys in tourism or activity-based purchases.
Team & Project Management

Able to manage timelines, budgets, and teams efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
