Director of Employee Relationships & Development
Capitol City Produce – Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)
Location: On-site (Remote work not available)
People are at the heart of everything we do — and we’re looking for a Director of Employee Relationships & Development who’s excited to lead, connect, and make an impact.
In this role, you’ll partner with executive leadership, support employees at every stage of their journey, and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture. This is a hands-on, on-site role where presence truly matters.
What You’ll Do:- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
- Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Develop training, recognition, and engagement programs
- Manage HR systems and employee records
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10+ years of HR leadership experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience with HR technology (Dayforce preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
What to Expect
- On-site role — this is not a remote position
